Session 1 - 6&Unders

Warm-Up8:30am

Meet Starts: 9:00am

Session 2 - 7/8 & 9/10

Warm-Ups:9:20

Meet Starts: 9:45

Session 3 - 11/12, 13/14 & 15-18

Warm-Ups: 11:00am

Meet Starts: 11:30

Arrival Time: Please arrive 30 minutes before your swimmers warm-up time for their session.

Eligibility: Swimmers must have competed in at least 1 dual meet during this 2026 season.

Entry limit of 2 individual events for 6&Under swimmers

Entry limit of 3 individual events for 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14 & 15-18

Relay Entries - limit of 1 Medley relay and 1 Freestyle relay event for each swimmer 7-18.

Scoring:

- Individual / Relay Event points: 20 - 17 - 16 - 15 - 14 - 13 - 12 - 11 - 9 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1

- Events will be scored for age groups: 6&U, 7&8, 9&10, 11&12, 13&14, 15-18

- Top two relays to finish per team, per event are eligible to score. All relays entered are eligible to receive awards.

Awards:

Medals: 1st - 8th place-Individual Events

1st-3rd place - Relay Events

Ribbons: 9th - 16th place - Individual Events

4th - 16th place - Relay Events

COACHES RELAYS - Following 7/8 & 9/10 Session - 100 yard Medley Relay

Following 11-18 Session - 100yard Freestyle Relay

EVENT REMINDERS - 6&Under swimmers will compete in a full 25 yard distance. There is no rope at 15 yards and no kid catchers. Please be sure you speak with a coach about your swimmers ability if you have questions about their readiness.

- Additionally, since all heats are eligible to score points and win medals/ribbons the stroke and turn judges are going to be consistent in the application of stroke & turn rules for all swimmers (7-18).Scissor kick on breaststroke, flutter kick on fly, 1 hand touch on breast/fly, rolling over to finish backstroke, will all be disqualified.There will be some leniency on 6&Under swimmers.

There are no parents allowed on deck for the meet outside volunteers signed up in a slot. Volunteer slots for the meet are open now! Parents will be able to watch the meet from the stadium seating above.
